Itinerary
Day 1

Miami, USA

We will meet you at the airport when you arrive and escort you to your beautiful hotel where you can relax or enjoy nearby shopping until our evening cocktail reception and a briefing of your journey to Cuba.

Day 2-4

Cienfuegos & Cayo Santa María, Cuba

A short flight from Miami takes us to the enigmatic island where time sometimes seems to have stood still. After a panoramic tour of Cienfuegos, Cuba’s Pearl of the South, we go to the beautiful resort island, Cayo Santa Maria. White sand beaches and turquoise waters beckon us as we prepare for our festive Welcome Dinner and a luxurious three-night stay. From this idyllic setting we’ll explore Cuba’s rich surrounding culture with musical performances, a steam train ride to the Sugar Museum, and a visit to San Juan de los Remedios, home to Parrandas, Cuba’s largest and oldest festival.

Day 5-9

Havana

On our way to Havana, we take time to see the now infamous Bay of Pigs and its museum, reminding us of how distant this island has remained for so many decades. We celebrate our first evening in Havana with dinner at Starbien, where the food is rivaled only by the beautiful setting in a charming Spanish colonial home. Throughout our visit here we will be accompanied and enriched by experts on U.S.-Cuban policy, arts, literature, cultural traditions, and, of course, antique cars. You’ll enjoy cooking classes, architectural tours, crafts markets - even a ceremonial canon firing to punctuate day's end. A lively show at the legendary Tropicana and a visit to Hemingway’s home are only the tip of the iceberg of your visit to Havana. And be sure to enjoy Travcoa’s exclusive Dine Around program during your stay. We cap it with a gala farewell dinner under the stars on the rooftop of the Parque Central Hotel in the heart of old Havana.
